This week for my iPhoneography video podcast, I added some narration and music. I created the music myself using Garageband. I narrated using Audacity. I also made some changes to my overall project this week. I started making the video using After Effects, but was running into some difficulties getting it to work properly with audio so I decided to redo my project in Adobe Premiere. I haven’t really used Premiere before but it was pretty easy for me to pick up as it is similar to other video editing programs I have used before.
Once I got moving on with this project, it was really fun. Even though it’s time-consuming, I really enjoyed doing it. I decided to include only narration instead of a video of me. It works better with the overall feel of what I want the video to end up like. I have learned that I really love working with motion graphics. I definitely will be doing more of this in the future. It is a lot of fun. I also loved working with the topic of iPhoneography and Instagram. Here is the first half of my video podcast:
