This week I worked on a Magazine Ad for my product redesign. I wanted the ad to be eye-catching so I included the colors from the style guide in the ad. I also wanted to keep the format of the design consistent in the ad. It’s simple and minimal which was the intention. This could be found in almost any advertisement. I included a call to action in the ad, but not in the literal way. It is more subtle – “you know you want it”. The ad also coincided with my original plans to increase product sales by showcasing the new attractive design as well as the effective packaging.

This was the original product photo I took and used. I adjusted the brightness and cut it out of the background.
