Okay so I know this is like the fifth post of my guru entries that I have posted, but I promise that this is the final one. If you are unfamiliar with Photoshop World, it is the “world’s largest Photoshop, Lightroom, and photography training conference”. So basically it’s a big deal. This is not a student conference; it is a conference dedicated to the professionals in this industry. However, 20 of us students from BYU-Idaho have the wonderful opportunity to attend as a group to this conference. I can’t tell you how excited I am (I may be tearing up with joy right now). Ever since I got into photography and Photoshop and first heard about this conference, it was a dream of mine to be able to attend. I had the privilege to attend last year and again this year. It was so inspiring and motivating and I just loved it so much.
For those attendees of Photoshop World, you are able to enter the conference Guru Contest. You can submit up to three images into various categories of your choice. These are the final three images that I decided on. You’ve already seen two of them, but I changed out another one that I recently worked on. Here they are!
Photo Retouching 1 – “A Sunset Dream”
Photo Retouching 2 – “Life in the West”
Artistic – “Flight”
